Why we're building this

We've used the big helpdesk tools. Zendesk, Freshdesk, Intercom, Help Scout. They're fine for enterprise teams with dedicated admins and unlimited budgets.

But for small teams? They're overcomplicated, overpriced, and feel like they were designed for a different era. Per-agent pricing means every new hire is a budget conversation. Features are buried in menus. The UI feels like it was last updated in 2015.

We think support software should be different. Modern. Fast. Built for how teams actually work today—collaboratively, across multiple channels, without needing a training course to get started.

That's why we're building Tuki. A helpdesk that's powerful enough for real work, simple enough to actually enjoy using, and priced fairly so you can grow your team without dreading the invoice.
